Are you making a conscious effort to include and welcome more women in your prospect pipeline?

Mounting academic and field research shows women are fiercely philanthropic, giving their time, talent and treasure to a variety of causes close to their respective hearts and minds. In this session, Preeti will discuss new and different ways prospect development professionals can highlight women donors and prospects, by analyzing data, moves management, and even workplace relationships with our fundraising peers through an inclusive lens. You’ll leave with additional resources to consider in your own prospect research and development practice.

Preeti Gill is an experienced prospect development consultant in Vancouver, Canada. She has re-energized research and prospect management programs in education, the community foundation movement, health care and social services. At Covenant House Vancouver, Preeti is employing a gender lens to create a new prospect development program that supports both an ambitious capital campaign and a growing major gift fundraising team.
