Text Mining Social Media: A Sentimental Journey

Many companies have sprung up in recent years to help monitor social media reactions and comments. However, a small shop may not have the funds to hire them.

In this session, we explore one technique for downloading “likes” and comments to our social media in order to understand our audience and identify trends. Notes on both engagement analytics and on identifying prospects are included.
