Beth Inman is the Director of Advancement Research at Colby College and was previously at JDRF, the University of South Carolina, and The Citadel Foundation. She has been active in Apra Carolinas since 2012 and recently ended her role as Immediate Past President of the chapter. For Apra International, she has served on the Ethics & Compliance committee, chaired the Awards committee, and was the recipient of the 2019 Distinguished Service Award. She is mom to a 16 year old daughter and is passionate about literacy, the arts, and women's rights causes.

Javier Rodriguez brings roughly 10 years of experience to the development profession having served in frontline fundraising roles and research and prospect management positions.
He joined Georgetown as director of development for the western region in December 2019. Most recently serving as the director of development for the College of Arts and Sciences at American University, Javier was known for his thoughtful and effective donor engagement strategies as well as his authentic relationship-building skills.
Prior to American University, Javier managed the research and prospect management efforts at the Freedom Forum’s Newseum in DC. In this role, he implemented new tactics for prospect identification and was a valued partner in leveraging research to inform major gift strategies.
Javier earned his bachelor's degree in advertising and a master of science in management from the University of Florida.

Michelle Nicoletto is a well-rounded development professional with ten years of experience focused on fundraising and process management. Since 2014, Michelle has worked for her alma mater, Temple University, in the Office of Instructional Advancement. In July, she will celebrate one year on the Prospect Research team. In her role as a Prospect Research Analyst, she is responsible for proactive research regarding prospective and existing university donors. In addition, she provides management oversight to move prospects through the fundraising cycle. Most recently, she earned her MBA in May 2020.

In Fundraising since 1985, Vince has personally directed comprehensive capital campaigns, endowment campaigns, campaign feasibility studies, development/fundraising audits/assessments, and fundraising staff searches for local and national clients. Vince founded Connelly & Assoc. Fundraising in 2004.
Vince graduated with a B.A. in History from Goucher College, and also earned a Certificate in Fundraising Management from Goucher College.
Vince was an active board member of AFP-MD (The Association of Fundraising Professionals, Maryland Chapter) for almost 20 years, and served as AFP-MD president in 2003 and 2004. He is a past board member of the Chesapeake Planned Giving Council (CPGC) and APRA-MD (The Association of Professional Researchers for Advancement, Maryland Chapter), and previously served on the AHP (Association for Healthcare Philanthropy) mid-Atlantic regional cabinet. Vince currently serves on the board of MedStar Harbor Hospital (one of his former clients) and the school board for St. Frances Academy, and is a former member of the advisory board for The Salvation Army of Central Maryland.
