Webinar: Creating a Prospect Management System - For Small and Solo Research Shops

A prospect management system is something that every shop would love to have, however they are not often seen in smaller shops. It can be hard to know where to begin in creating a prospect management system. Even when you know where to begin, there are often other tasks that take priority, and various obstacles to progress, such as lack of time, buy-in, or staffing. Ruthie, a 20+ year veteran in this field, has created a number of prospect management systems from the ground up as a solo and small shop researcher; with and without buy-in from the top. Let Ruthie walk you through how to begin your own journey into creating a prospect management system. She will talk about how to being the process and stay on track as you create a tailor made system for your organization.  Ruthie will also share her experiences of the various pitfalls and successes that you may (will) encounter along the way. You will come out of this session inspired, informed, confident, and ready to take on the world - or at least take on the creation of a prospect management system.

This session will be recorded.
