Speaker Biographies - 

Michael Boyle: Michael Boyle has been a Research Analyst in University Advancement at Princeton University since 2016.

Michelle Crouch: Michelle Crouch is the Associate Director of Prospect Management at Swarthmore College. She started her career in the prospect development field in 2014 at Duke University and also served as Assistant Director of Prospect Development at Drexel University. Her previous roles involved membership database and archives & records management at institutions including the Stoogeum (North America's only museum dedicated to the Three Stooges), a small public radio station in North Carolina, and the Philadelphia Museum of Art. She holds a BA in Art History from Swarthmore College, an MLIS from the University of Pittsburgh, and an MFA from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.

Casey Inks: Casey is a research associate with Carnegie Museums of Pittsburgh. She joined the museums' prospect strategy and management team in June 2017. Casey earned a BA in history from Hillsdale College.

Abigail Komlenic: Abigail Komlenic is the Associate Director, Advancement Analytics at Swarthmore College. She's no stranger to data, having worked at Franklin & Marshall College as an Assistant Director of Annual Giving. Prior to that, she worked at Forrester Research, a technology research and consulting firm. Abby is a Franklin & Marshall College graduate, where she majored in government and minored in physics.

Hannah Watters: Hannah is an associate researcher with Carnegie Museums of Pittsburgh. She has been a member of the museums' prospect strategy and management team for over two years and joined the museums in 2015. Hannah received a BA in art history from Duquesne University. She resides in Pittsburgh with her husband and pug.
